Hall Hire

Our Church Hall and our Church Sanctuary are available for hire.  Audio and visual equipment are available and live broadcasting and/or video recording of events can be arranged.

All of our building is at ground level with no steps.  Some of our doors are narrow but wheel chair users are able to pass through them.  This includes our two toilets, one of which has a couple of handrails installed for assistance.  Our Sanctuary is equipped with a hearing induction loop, however our Hall is not.

As a self-funded church and charity, income from the hire of our Hall and Sanctuary help us to meet our operating expenses and we have therefore set our hire rates as given below.  However, we want to make our facilities available as best we can for the benefit of the community.  If our facilities can be helpful to you but our stated fees are beyond your ability, feel free to contact us to discuss your need and we will do our best to work with you.

As we have a special outreach to the LGBT+ community, we often are able to provide our facilities to LGBT+ groups and organisations for free or at reduced rates since many churches are not accepting LGBT+ persons and groups.

Church Hall

Our Church Hall is approximately 9 meters by 6 meters (30 feet by 20 feet) with a wood floor.  It has a maximum fire capacity of 60 people and room for about 40 people seated.  There are two toilets available.  There is a kitchen adjacent.

A twenty percent discounted charity rate is available to charities and other non-profit community groups and organisations (such as 12-step groups).

Weekly rate is for 52 weeks per year; paid monthly in advance.

Church Sanctuary

Our Church Sanctuary is also available for hire for community meetings, seminars, etc., and is equipped with a sound system and projection system with large, high quality, flat screen monitors.  It is approximately 13 meters by 9 meters (42 feet by 30 feet) with a carpeted floor, arranged to seat 60 people but can be configured to seat up to 100 or used without seating.  Roller blinds are on the windows should reduced light from outside be desired.
