Light & Gentle Exercise Classes
We offer a Light & Gentle Exercise Class at our church every Tuesday morning at 11 am for those who are new to exercising and need something gentler because of their age or health concerns. Everyone is allowed to join in at their own pace and only do what they can or wish to do with no pressure! Come along and join our fun, friendly group led by an experienced, qualified instructor as we exercise to music together.
The ideal way to start exercising without the gym bunnies!
Everyone is welcome!
Simply put on some loose-fitting, comfortable clothes and join in!
We request a £4 donation per session (to help us cover costs), which includes a link each week to a video of the session for you to use to exercise at home on other days of the week as you desire.
