Light & Gentle Exercise Classes
We offer a Light & Gentle Exercise Class at our church every Tuesday morning at 11 am for those who are new to exercising with others and need something gentler because of their age or health concerns. Everyone is allowed to join in at their own pace! Come along and join our fun, friendly group led by a qualified instructor.
The ideal way to start exercising without the gym bunnies!
Everyone is welcome!
Simply put on some loose-fitting, comfortable clothes and a pair of trainers and join in!

Afterwards we have time for a chat over a cup of tea or coffee for those who wish to stay.
