Simply put on some loose-fitting, comfortable clothes and a pair of trainers and join in!
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we are offering our classes online while we cannot offer them onsite in our building.
Online classes are being offered free of charge.
You can join our classes which are being offered via Zoom
every Friday at 11 am.
Don't worry if you haven't used Zoom before. Just click on the above link about 5 or 10 minutes before the class begins and it will prompt you to install Zoom on your computer, tablet, or smart phone. It only takes a few seconds to install. It will then take you to the class where you can join in with our friendly group!
